Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Mix eggs, oil, vanilla and pineapple.
    Combine with dry ingredients.
    Add nuts and carrots. Bake in three 9-inch pans at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until done.
