Corn And Crawfish Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. yellow corn (cream-style)
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    2 c. chicken stock
    2 c. half and half cream
    1 lb. crawfish tails, cooked
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    red pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan; add flour and blend.
    Saute onions in this until soft.
    Add stock and cook until thick and smooth.
    Stir in cream, crawfish tails, corn and seasonings.
    Cook until tender. Adjust seasonings to taste.
    Makes 2 1/2 to 3 pints.
