Cornell Barbecue Sauce(From Ithaca Journal) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 broiler halves
1 c. salad oil
1 pt. cider vinegar
3 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. pepper
1 egg
Preparation
-
In blender, whip egg.
Then add oil, vinegar, salt, seasoning and pepper.
Blend thoroughly.
Marinate chicken overnight; also can use to baste as cooking.
Can be kept in a jar in refrigerator for weeks.
