Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. zucchini, grated
2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 c. chocolate chips (optional)
Preparation

In bowl beat eggs until frothy.
Beat in sugar, oil and vanilla.
Beat mixture until thick and lemon colored.
Stir in loosely packed coarsely grated zucchini.
Add flour sifted with cinnamon, baking soda, salt and baking powder.
Fold in walnuts and chocolate chips.
Pour into two loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool 10 minutes in pans; then remove.
May be frozen for later use.
Wrap in foil to freeze.
