Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sauerkraut (medium or large), drained and rinsed
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    pimiento to taste
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Mix and let set overnight in refrigerator.
    This will keep for several days in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
