Grandma'S Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    4 to 5 eggs
    1 c. milk
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. flour
    1 c. ground nuts
Preparation
    Beat sugar and shortening; add eggs one at a time.
    Slowly blend in milk.
    Mix dry ingredients and add to batter.
    Stir in vanilla and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for at least 1 hour and 20 minutes in Bundt or angel food cake pan.
    May be glazed with icing.
