Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Allow the hash browns to defrost.
    Mix soup, sour cream, butter, cheese and salt in a large bowl.
    Add onion and potatoes and mix well.
    Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    In a small bowl, combine the crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter. Sprinkle on top of potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Recipe may be prepared one day, then refrigerated and baked the next day.
