Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen English peas
    1 small cucumber, grated
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1/2 c. mayo
    1 small jar ripe olives, sliced (with a little juice)
    chopped parsley
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar mushrooms, sliced and drained
Preparation
    Cook Minute rice with 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup Italian dressing.
    Cook and drain English peas. Mix all ingredients together.
