Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
3/4 c. celery
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 soup can milk
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, sliced
2 1/2 c. cooked rice
2 (22 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
1 can diced water chestnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
In saucepan, melt oleo; add celery and onions.
Saute and add soups and milk.
Mix thoroughly.
Add sliced Velveeta to mixture.
Mix until smooth.
Add rice and mix well. Add broccoli (not cooked, just not frozen).
Add water chestnuts. Mix until creamy.
Put in large 9 x 13-inch buttered casserole dish.
Bake about 40 minutes.
Makes about 16 to 20 servings.
