Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork sausage
    3 c. milk
    pinch of salt
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    9 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. mustard
    6 to 8 slices bread, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
Preparation
    Cook and drain sausage.
    Layer bread, sausage and 3/4 cup of cheese into a 10 x 14-inch pan.
    Mix milk, salt, eggs, mustard and rest of cheese.
    Pour over layers.
    Cover and place in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
