Super Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. New York State extra sharp cheese, grated fine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 small onion, grated
    1 clove garlic, grated
    3 Tbsp. mayo
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (red)
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In food processor, place all ingredients except for sharp cheese and blend well.
    Gradually add the sharp grated cheese through the feed tube with machine running all the while, a little at a time, until all is included.
    If mixture becomes too heavy for machine, add 2 to 3 tablespoons more mayo to thin.
    Should be as smooth as velvet.
