Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (2 1/2 c.)
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry flavored gelatin
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. hot water
1 to 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. ground new cranberries (1 lb.)
1 small orange, ground
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. broken walnuts
Preparation

Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.
Combine gelatin and sugar, dissolve in hot water.
Add lemon juice and reserved pineapple syrup.
Chill until partially set.
Add pineapple and remaining ingredients.
Turn into 2-quart mold.
Chill until firm.
Makes 12 servings.
