Steak, Dressing And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak (1 1/2 to 2 lb.)
    3/4 to 1 loaf dried bread
    1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
    1 tsp. sage
    1 1/2 tsp. basil
    salt to season
    pepper to season
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    1 or 2 medium onions
    1 or 2 eggs
    2 cans mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 to 2 c. water
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Take a large cast-iron frying pan and 1 tablespoon oil and brown steak on medium heat.
