Hot Bacon Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon
2 c. water
3/4 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
3 or 4 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs
Preparation

Fry bacon to crisp; drain and crumble.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Bring mixture to a boil, stirring until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in bacon pieces.
May be served over lettuce or endive (either hot or cold).
