Strawberry Angel Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 angel food cake mix
1 pt. whipping cream
1 qt. frozen strawberries
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix cake as directed on package.
Bake in tube pan and when cool, remove from pan and slice into two layers.
Scoop a tunnel from bottom layer.
Whip cream and add sugar and vanilla and whip until thick.
Drain juice from berries and save.
Fold berries in whipped cream and spoon this onto bottom layer of cake until full. Replace top layer and top with remaining mixture.
Dribble juice of berries over top and let run down sides.
Sides may also be frosted with plain whipped cream.
