Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    8 Tbsp. Crisco
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Pour flour into a bowl and cut in shortening.
    Add mix. Mix just enough to blend.
    Pour out on floured board and knead several times.
    Roll
    out to 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut with biscuit cutters. Bake in hot oven at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
