Mom'S Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Form into small cakes.
    Dip into more cracker crumbs.
    Fry in hot oil until brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels and serve.
