Physician Services Favorite Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) can crab
1 small onion
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Duke mayonnaise (plus or minus 1/4 c.)
dash of Tabasco
dash of Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Rinse and drain crab meat; put into a bowl.
Finely dice onion; add to crab.
Mix in cheeses, mayonnaise and seasonings. Cover and chill.
Serve with butter crackers.
Best if made the night before.
Serves 8 to 10.
