Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    8 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 tsp. almond or vanilla extract
    4 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    The cream cheese and butter need to be at room temperature. Place cream cheese and butter in a large mixing bowl. Blend with an electric mixer on low for about 30 seconds or until combined. Add cocoa, almond or vanilla extract and confectioners sugar. With mixer on low speed, blend about 30 seconds or until the ingredients are moistened. Increase mixer speed to medium and beat 2 minutes or until frosting is fluffy. Use at once to frost the top and the sides of the cake of your choice. Makes enough frosting to frost a 2 or 3 layer cake.
