Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. can pinto beans
7 oz. can coconut
3 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
1 c. chopped pecans
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 pie shells
Preparation

Drain and mash beans.
Melt butter and add to beans.
Combine rest of ingredients.
Mix well and pour into unbaked shells.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
