Potato Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cream of potato soup
    2 lb. frozen shredded hash browns
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes and crumble in a large bowl.
    Mix together soup, sour cream, cheese and onion.
    Add potatoes and mix well.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Put into buttered 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Bake, uncovered, for 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
