Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 c. fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp. grated rind
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg yolk
1 1/2 c. (36) vanilla wafers, crushed
6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Cool Whip
Preparation
-
Combine first 5 ingredients.
Mix cookie crumbs and margarine and press into a 9-inch pie plate.
Pour filling into crust and chill.
Top with Cool Whip.
