Holiday Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 lb. fully cooked ham
    2 c. pineapple juice
    2 c. Burgundy wine
    1 box dark brown sugar
    2 cinnamon sticks
    12 whole cloves
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Trim off most of rind from ham.
    Place ham in Dutch oven.
    Add 6 cups of water, 1 cup of pineapple juice, 1 cup of Burgundy wine, half the brown sugar and cinnamon sticks.
    Bring to a boil. Gently simmer for about 20 minutes.
    Cool.
    Refrigerate in liquid, covered, overnight, turning once in liquid.
