Skillet Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. raw rice
    1 1/2 cans whole tomatoes (3 c.)
    9 (1/4 inch thick) onion slices
    2 cloves garlic, minced fine
    6 loin chops (1/2 to 3/4 inch thick)
    1 1/2 c. water
    flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    oil
Preparation
    Preheat skillet to 360\u00b0 with 3 tablespoons oil.
    Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper.
    Coat both sides with flour and brown. Remove chops and pour off excess fat.
    Add water; bring to boil and pour liquid into cup and save.
    Arrange rice evenly in bottom of skillet.
    Pour evenly 1 1/2 cups or half of tomatoes over the rice.
    Arrange onion slices over tomatoes.
    Add chopped garlic. Pour other half of tomatoes over onion slices; add salt and black pepper.
