Chocolate Dipped Strawberries - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (11 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips
1/4 c. vegetable shortening
strawberries (can use bananas and pineapple also)

Preparation

Melt chocolate over boiling water.
Stir until smooth.
Take off of heat, but leave chocolate over hot water.
Dip fruit pieces in chocolate and cool on a cookie sheet in refrigerator.
