Baked Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix (chicken)
1/4 lb. butter
4 c. zucchini, peeled and chopped
1 medium onion, cut up
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of celery, chicken or mushroom soup

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Melt butter and mix with stuffing. Precook zucchini and onion.
Drain and mix with sour cream and soup.
Put 2/3 of package of stuffing mix in layer on bottom of 2-quart casserole.
Spread zucchini mix over stuffing.
Top with remaining stuffing.
Pat down into zucchini.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
