Chicken Breast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen broccoli spears
    6 chicken breast halves, cooked, skinned and cut into chunks
    2 cans (10 1/2 oz. each) cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. stuffing mix
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Cook broccoli by package directions but slightly undercook; drain.
    Arrange in a greased 3-quart (9 x 13-inch) baking dish. Arrange some of the broccoli florets around the edge of the casserole.
    Arrange chicken over broccoli.
    Combine undiluted soup, milk, lemon juice, mayonnaise, curry powder and cheese spread over mixture in casserole.
    Combine stuffing mix, bread crumbs and melted margarine.
    Sprinkle over top.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes or until bubbly.
    Serves 10.
