Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken
1 1/2 c. corn bread crumbs
1 c. loaf bread crumbs
1 small onion, chopped
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 Tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Cook chicken in salted water until tender.
Remove meat from bones.
Combine bread crumbs, onion and about half of the eggs and chopped giblets in large mixing bowl.
Pour broth over ingredients and mix well.
Pour mixture into baking dish.
Place chicken and remaining eggs on top.
Pour soup over chicken.
Bake about 20 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
