Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. whole wheat bread mix
    1 medium ripe banana, mashed
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 yeast packet
    3/4 c. warm water
Preparation
    Soften yeast in warm water.
    Stir in 1 cup of whole wheat bread mix.
    Add banana and nuts.
    Add remaining 1 1/2 cups bread mix and blend to form a soft dough ball.
    Turn out onto a floured surface and cover by inverting bowl.
    Let rest 10 minutes. Proceed with knead step.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
