Antipasto Salad Platter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Kraft Zesty Italian dressing
    1/2 lb. pepperoni, sliced
    1/2 lb. green beans, cooked
    1 1/2 c. tomato wedges
    1 c. cucumber chunks
    1 c. mushroom slices
    6 iceberg lettuce wedges
Preparation
    Pour dressing over combined pepperoni, beans, tomatoes, cucumbers and mushrooms.
    Cover; marinate in refrigerator several hours.
    Drain, reserving dressing.
    Arrange lettuce on serving platter; top with vegetable mixture.
    Serve with dressing.
    Makes 6 servings.
