Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. cubed raw potato
    1/2 small onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Put eggs, onion, salt, flour, baking powder and 1/2 cup potatoes in blender or food processor. Process on low speed until potatoes have gone through blades. Stop and add remaining potatoes. Process on high speed only until all potato cubes have passed through blades. Use a spatula to guide potatoes if necessary. Do not overblend. Should see shreds of potato. Spoon onto a hot well-greased skillet.
    Cook until golden brown on both sides over medium heat.
