Caramel Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. brown sugar
butter (walnut size)
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
Preparation

Beat egg yolks (save whites) and add brown sugar and melted butter.
Mix well.
Add flour and milk and beat well.
Add two beaten egg whites.
Pour in unbaked pie shell.
Bake in very hot oven until set.
