Nana'S Microwaved Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. box macaroni elbows, cooked 8 minutes and drained
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, combine salt, dry mustard and pepper; stir in milk until smooth.
    Add butter.
    Stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium-high heat and boil 1 minute.
    Remove from heat. Stir in cheese until melted.
    Add elbows.
    Turn into greased casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Microwave until hot. Makes 6 servings.
