Tamale Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 (10 oz.) cans mild enchilada sauce
    3/4 c. corn meal
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    8 oz. water
    1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, 1/2 tablespoon chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, corn meal and 1/2 cup enchilada sauce.
    Mix well.
    Roll into 1-inch or smaller balls.
    Place in skillet and cook until done.
