Hash Brown Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. hash browns
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (13 oz.) can Milnot
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all except 1/2 cheese; spread in 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Remove foil; bake 15 minutes.
