Halibut Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. halibut, cut in serving size pieces
    white wine
    2 c. sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. chopped onions
Preparation
    Marinate halibut with white wine for 2 hours.
    Cover bowl with Saran Wrap.
    Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and onions.
    Remove halibut from marinade.
    Pat dry.
    Roll in bread crumbs.
    Place halibut in a single layer in low baking dish.
    Spread above mixture over fish. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 500\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. (Optional:
    Sprinkle with 3/4 cup grated cheese.)
    Do not overcook!!
    Another Alaskan treat.
