Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 c. grated zucchini
1/4 c. chocolate chips

Preparation

Cream oleo, oil and sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk (1/2 cup milk with 2 teaspoons vinegar).
Sift in remaining ingredients except zucchini.
Stir in zucchini.
Pour into a 13 x 9-inch cake pan.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
