Microwave Picante Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. mushrooms
    1 medium green pepper
    1 small onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. chicken broth or water
    4 (4 oz.) fish fillets (3/4-inch thick)
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 c. picante sauce or salsa
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook vegetables first in chicken broth, in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cover and cook at 100% for 5 to 6 minutes.
    Stir once. In an 8 x 8-inch microwavable dish, place fish in a layer.
    Cook, covered, at 100% for 4 to 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
    Drain juices with slotted spoon.
    Place vegetables over fish.
    Sprinkle with oregano.
    Pour salsa over.
    Microwave, uncovered, 1 to 2 minutes, until heated.
    Sprinkle on cheese. Makes 4 servings.
