Stuffed Baked Potato - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cooked baked potato, split in half lengthwise
    skim milk
    Molly McButter
    1 tsp. grated cheese
    any chopped vegetable (broccoli, spinach, string beans, etc.)
Preparation
    Scoop out potato; mash with skim milk.
    Add Molly McButter to taste.
    Add grated cheese.
    Add any chopped vegetable.
    Fill shell and bake until browned.
