Ingredients

1 1/2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
1 1/2 Tbsp. cold water
3 Tbsp. boiling water
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 c. whipping cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
6 chocolate leaves or 18 fresh raspberries

Preparation

In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water.
Stir.
Set aside a few minutes to soften.
Add boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
