Swedish Green Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
3/4 c. light cream
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 stick (4 Tbsp.) butter or margarine
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped chives
1 1/2 tsp. dill weed
Preparation

Beat potatoes, cream, sugar, butter, salt and pepper until fluffy.
Add herbs and beat.
Put into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
