Louisiana Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shrimp
    2 green onions, chopped
    6 Tbsp. salad oil
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 Tbsp. horseradish sauce
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Peel, devein and rinse shrimp.
    Mix together all ingredients except for the shrimp.
    Pour over shrimp and marinate several hours.
    Place lettuce on individual plates and spoon on shrimp mixture.
    Serves 4 to 6.
