Chinatown Chuck Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 3 1/2 lb. beef chuck roast, cut 1 1/2-inches thick
1/4 c. cooking oil
1/4 c. vinegar
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. honey or sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation

Place roast in a plastic bag in a shallow pan.
Combine marinade and pour over meat.
Tie bag closed.
Refrigerate overnight.
Turn over in the morning.
Let stand until evening.
