Mexican Layered Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can of Chi Chi's fat free refried beans
1 pkg. of Chi Chi's fiesta taco seasoning mix
16 oz. sour cream, light
1 pkg. of Mexican four cheese
green peppers, chopped
tomatoes, chopped
lettuce, chopped
taco sauce
Preparation

Mix beans, 1/2 pkg. of seasoning mix, and a couple of teaspoons of taco sauce, heat and mix well.
Spread this on a cookie sheet or cake pan.
Let beans cool, you can stick in freezer a few minutes to cool off quicker.\tWhen beans are cooled off, lightly pour taco sauce over beans.
Mix sour cream and other 1/2 pkg. of seasoning mix, spread over beans.
Sprinkle cheese over this.\tLayer green peppers, onions, tomatoes and lettuce over cheese.
You can make this the night before, but don't add lettuce and tomatoes until the next day.
