Beef Goulash(Servings: 4) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. round steak, cubed
3 medium onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. sugar
2 c. hot water
1 Tbsp. unbleached flour
1/4 c. cold water
1/2 c. heavy cream
Preparation

Heat vegetable oil in a large frypan or Dutch oven.
Add meat cubes and brown well, approximately 10 minutes.
Stir in onions and cook until soft.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic salt, paprika and sugar.
Blend thoroughly.
Pour in hot water; cover and simmer gently, about 1 1/2 hours.
