Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs or egg substitute
    3 c. sugar
    2 (1 lb.) cans packed pumpkin
    2 1/4 c. applesauce
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    4 1/2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. cinnamon
    3 tsp. pumpkin spice
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar together well.
    Add pumpkin, applesauce and vanilla; mix.
    Mix dry ingredients (sift).
    Add dry to liquid mixture.
    Mix.
    Add nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 4 medium loaves (8 1/2 x 2 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch).
