Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium zucchini, cut into 1-inch slices, boiled until almost tender and drained
    2 carrots, grated
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 (14 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
    1/2 c. oleo, melted
Preparation
    Mix stuffing with oleo.
    Save 1 cup stuffing for top.
    Mix rest of stuffing with all other ingredients.
    Put in greased (oleo) 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with remaining stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
