Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 cups milk
    2 cups shredded Colby or cheddar cheese
    2 cups macaroni
Preparation
    In saucepan, melt butter.
    Remove from heat.
    Blend in salt and flour.
    Return to heat, add milk stirring constantly until sauce thickens a little and is smooth.
    Add cheese to hot macaroni.
    Spread in buttered 13x9 inch pan.
    Pour sauce over macaroni.
    Bake at 375 degrees about 40 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serve with green beans and applesauce.
