Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Scald milk; add sugar, salt, nutmeg and vanilla.
    Gradually pour over slightly beaten eggs, stirring constantly.
    Pour into an unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
