Chicken In Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 lb. chicken
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 small onion
    1 small carrot
    3 potatoes, sliced
    few mushrooms (canned)
    2 c. stock or water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Arrange all ingredients in casserole and cook for about 2 hours in slow oven (325\u00b0).
    Serves 4.
